Clifford is an incredibly popular village that sits between Boston Spa and Bramham. The village itself has a fantastic amenities including a pub, churches and a fish and chip shop. With it being so close to Boston Spa and Wetherby you get to enjoy all that those places have to offer as well. There is a great bus service that links Clifford to Wetherby, York, Harrogate and Leeds. If you commute by car the A1 is just a 10 minute drive away.

From the A1, take junction 45 and join the A659, follow the road until you get to a right turn that is called Clifford Road, follow this until you get to a T junction as the road meets High Street in Clifford, take a left and the property is immediately on your right, it is the last house.
