DIRECTIONS

Leaving York City Centre on Bootham, continue to the traffic lights at Clifton Green. Continue straight, past the church and at the second set of lights, bear left onto Shipton Road. Continue along Shipton Road and take the right hand turn onto Howard Drive before taking an immediate left onto Shipton Road (set back from the main road.) The property is situated on the right hand side.
